Welcome to your own private beach pod! A cozy, clean, beach retreat! All the essentials to eat, sleep, beach and repeat. Plenty to do and see here at the heart of Morgan's Corners a mere 500 feet from Pine Point beach. Spend your time relaxing and rejuvenating in our cozy place! You're welcome to use the 1st floor covered porch, picnic tables and grills in the backyard!! If using the grills, turn on propane but please remember to turn it off when you’re done!!! This is a private apartment. You have your own personal entrance and do not share this space with us or any other guests. You can arrive at your convenience anytime after 3 as you have a lockbox for access to your key for your stay. You have the entire apartment to yourself. Private entrance and egress. Locked doors with NO SHARED SPACE. We had to change the “entire place” designation to avoid Airbnb’s Halloween Community policy. We aren't always at the beach house (we WISH!) but we are always available by Airbnb messenger. For urgent matters or emergencies please phone/text or email. We are not helicopter hosts. If we are here we'll make a point to say hi but our home is yours while you're here and we give you complete privacy and autonomy! Summer time: Hustling, bustling beach community with several excellent restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The 4th of July is a huge celebration with private and public fireworks shows up and down this 8 mile stretch of beach! 2 miles from the Pier in Old Orchard Beach and 15-20 minute Uber to Portland make this an excellent location to call home during your Maine adventure! October-May - Quiet solitude in this beach community. All of the excellent restaurants in the immediate vicinity are closed for the season. Close to US Route #1 in Scarborough which offers many dining options or a 15-20 minute Uber to Portland make this an excellent location to call home during your Maine adventure! There is a bus station immediately next door. Portland is a 15-20 minute Uber ride and we are two miles from Old Orchard Beach center. We have a coffee maker in your room with a reusable filter (don't throw it away!) bring your favorite blend for a good morning! There is parking for 1 car in the rear of the building. The Smart Television in your room is operable by remote control. Turn on the television, it will connect to WiFi, Press Smart Hub and you will have full access to Netflix and commercial free Hulu for your stay!
